In 2023, I journeyed to the southern coast of Iran, where I explored four distinct islands, each with its own character and charm.
What struck me most weren’t just the landscapes, but the stones scattered across the shores like silent storytellers. Massive rocks resting by the sea, delicate ones tucked into the background, hues of grey and light brown each stone seemed to carry its memory, its own presence.

I found myself wondering: How could I truly capture their form, their weight, their essence? Were they too heavy for the earth to hold or perhaps too complex to be claimed, simply left behind as beautiful remnants of something greater?
